25 Mayıs 1970 tarihinde Çanakkale’de doğdum. Çanakkale Arıburnu ve Merkez ortaokullarını bitirdikten sonra 1987 yılında Çanakkale lisesinden mezun oldum. Aynı yıl İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesinde tıp doktoru eğitimime başladım. 1993 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesini bitirdikten sonra aynı yıl yapılan Tıpta Uzmanlık Sınavında (TUS) İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi İç Hastalıkları Anabilim dalında ihtisas yapma hakkını kazandım. 1998 yılında “Yeni Teşhis Edilmiş ve Tedavi Görmemiş 23 Kronik Lenfositik Lösemi Vakasının Klinik, Laboratuar ve Kemik İliği Histopatolojisi sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesi” isimli tez ile iç hastalıkları uzmanı oldum.  1998 yılında ikinci kez girip başaralı olduğum TUS ile Trakya Üniversitesi Kardiyoloji Anabilim dalında kardiyoloji eğitimime başladım. 2002 yılında da “Esansiyel hipertansiyonda gelişen sol ventrikül hipertrofisinin sağ ventrikül işlevleri üzerine olan etkisinin nabız dalgalı doku Doppler ile incelenmesi” isimli tez ile kardiyoloji uzmanı oldum. 2002 ile 2003 yılları arasında Özel Çorlu Şifa hastanesinde kardiyovasküler ünitenin kurulumu geçekleştirdim ve 2003 yılına kadar kardiyoloji ünitesinin sorumlusu olarak çalıştım. 2003 yılında Özel Erdem hastanesinde göreve başladım. Özel Erdem hastanesinin kardiyovasküler ünitesinin kurulumunda aktif olarak görev yaptım. Aynı hastanede 2006 yılına kadar invaziv kardiyoloji ve hemodinami laboratuarı sorumluluğunu üstlendim. 2006-2012 tarihlerinde Özel Avcılar Anadolu hastanesinde çalıştım. 19 Eylül 2011 tarihinde yapılan Doçentlik sınavını başarı ile tamamlayıp doçentlik ünvanına sahip oldum. Ocak 2012- Nisan 2014 tarihleri arasında Beylikdüzü Kolan Hospital’de çalıştım. Ağustos 2014 ile Eylül 2015 tarihleri arasında Özel Avcılar Hospital hastanesinin kardiyovasküler ünitesinin kurulumunda görev aldım. Daha sonra Beylikdüzü Kolan Hospital’deki görevime geri döndüm. 23/01/17 tarihinde T.C. İstanbul Arel Üniversitesi tarafından Profesör olarak atandım. Halen T.C. İstanbul Arel Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kardiyoloji A.B.D’da öğretim görevlisi olarak görev yapmaktayım
